Battle for Victory Bell at center of intense UNC-Duke rivalry

Last year's battle for the Victory Bell between rivals North Carolina and Duke ended in thrilling fashion with UNC linebacker Chazz Surratt intercepting Deon Jackson's goal line jump pass to secure the Tar Heels' first Victory Bell since 2015. The Blue Devils have not forgotten about it. "You know, that really hurt us a lot," said Duke safety Michael Carter II.
