As part of the decision desk, I called this game as over well before the first quarter ended. That projection held strong as UNC beat the brakes off Duke, 56-24, to retain the Victory Bell. Let’s start with the obvious. Michael Carter and Javonte Williams are top 10 backs in all of college football and they still don’t get nearly the recognition they deserve. (Inside Carolina)
