No. 1 North Carolina women's soccer edged Virginia Tech, 1-0, in the ACC Championship Quarterfinals on Tuesday evening at Wake Medicine Sports Park (Highlights). Talia Dellaperuta stuck the ball just over the crossbar in the third minute for the Tar Heels. With the win, UNC advances to the ACC Championship semifinals for the eighth-straight season.
