UNC's Garrison Brooks is the 2020-21 ACC Basketball Preseason Player of the Year. Last season, Brooks was the ACC Most Improved Player and was on the All-ACC Second Team. He also was fourth in the ACC in points per game (16.8 PPG), second in field goal percentage (53.5%), and fifth in rebounds (8.5 RPG). Check out Brooks' highlights.
