UNC's focus at small forward heading into the season is on returning starter Leaky Black. He started 31 games last season and averaged 6.5 points, 3.6 rebounds, and 2.6 assists while shooting 36 percent from the field and 25 percent from three. With Black not necessarily a go-to scorer, it offers playing time for freshmen Kerwin Walton and Puff Johnson.
