Thirteen in-state players signed national letters of intent with Division I college basketball teams Wednesday. Those included N.C.’s No. 1-ranked prospect in Kinston forward Dontrez Styles to UNC and a trio who signed with Louisville. The focus now starts to turn toward class of 2022 recruits.
