Carter, Howell, Newsome Named ACC Football Players Of The Week

Sam Howell was named ACC Quarterback of the Week for the second time in three weeks after completing 32-of-45 passes and setting UNC single-game records for passing yards (550) and touchdown passes (6). Receiver Dazz Newsome recorded 10 receptions for a career-high 189 receiving yards. Michael Carter totaled 150 all-purpose yards. (The ACC)
