Virginia Tech DB commit Shawn Asbury flips to Boston College


Almost as soon as Virginia Tech offered defensive back Shawn Asbury II in June, he committed to the home state Hokies. But strange things can happen when it comes to recruiting, and that is the case with the North Stafford (Va.) High standout. The 5-foot-10, 170-pound Asbury flipped his commitment from the Hokies to Boston College on Friday. (247 Sports)
