The Time Has Arrived for UNC Cornerback Tony Grimes

When you arrive as the second highest-ranked recruit for North Carolina football in the internet recruiting era, there are expectations. Last Saturday vs. No. 2 Notre Dame, freshman cornerback Tony Grimes got the start. On Monday, UNC defensive coordinator Jay Bateman said Grimes started because he had earned the right by playing better football.
