As a high school freshman, Jefferson’s (OR.) Marquis ‘Mookie’ Cook had as much of an impact as your average high school senior. Put that into perspective, just a young kid who finished middle school months prior, instantly made his high school program a title contender. Cook had Jefferson as a 6A title favorite entering his first season with the program. (Stock Risers)
