The Chicago Bulls need a leap from Coby White in his second NBA season -- from lightning rod to all-around point guard. White knows this. Billy Donovan, who has termed White a "primary ball-handler" in his offense, certainly does too. White said on Monday that the work he put into honing his decision-making this offseason is paying dividends.
