When it comes to operating an RPO offense, there isn’t a better quarterback in the country than UNC’s Sam Howell. Howell has a tremendous feel for when to hand the ball off to his talented running backs or attack in the intermediate level of the defense with a pass. "Howell is the head of the snake,” Miami defensive coordinator Blake Baker said.
