No. 16 North Carolina put up a fight but No. 3 Iowa used a 14–2 second-half run to pull away for a 90-83 victory Tuesday in the ACC-Big Ten Challenge in Iowa City. "I’m not into moral victories, but I think we’re getting better," coach said. "But at the start of the game, we didn’t defend the way we talked about and the way we worked on." (Tar Heel Tribune)
