College Football Offensive Players of the Week: Michael Carter and Javonte Williams, RB, North Carolina. Carter and Williams share this award this week after combining for 544 yards and five rushing touchdowns in the Tar Heels' blowout win over Miami on Saturday in Miami Gardens.
