Mack Brown: Sam Howell's flip was program turning point

Mack Brown said Wednesday that he believes North Carolina is building an elite program and much of that is centered around the Early Signing Period two years ago, when the Tar Heels flipped four-star quarterback Sam Howell from Florida State.
