Pride restored at UNC

Tommy Davis said one of the best things about playing defense for North Carolina is seeing all the happy faces. In the past, Davis said he was ashamed to show his face in front of teammates because the defense's failures often kept the Tar Heels from winning for 2 1/2 years. A confident swagger and improved results appear to have replaced that shame. (Charlotte Observer)
