Local Mothers Club teams up with businesses to feed UNC students over extended break


The Chapel Hill/Carrboro Mothers Club is working with Vimala’s Curryblossom Café to provide nutritious meals for UNC students staying in Chapel Hill over Winter break. The local parenting group fundraised more than $10,000 to feed hungry students. Food distribution began Dec. 1 and will continue throughout the extended break. (Daily Tar Heel)
