UNC 17, Michigan 15, Dec. 28, 1979 Gator Bowl: Famous Amos Lawrence ran for 118 yards and Matt Kupec was 18-for-28 passing with 161 yards and a touchdown as UNC overcame a 9-0 deficit to defeat the Wolverines.
