West Virginia big man, former five-star Oscar Tshiebwe enters transfer portal


Oscar Tshiebwe, a former 2019 five-star basketball recruit, has entered the transfer portal after last week’s announcement by West Virginia that he would be stepping away from and not returning to the program. After averaging 11.2 points and 9.3 rebounds per game as a freshman, Tshiebwe was a preseason All-Big 12 pick heading into the season. (247 Sports)
