Heels build on Barrington Edwards

North Carolina sophomore tailback Barrington Edwards came into the season with a goal of 1,000 rushing yards in his first season as a starter. Edwards didn't show he was capable of that until Saturday, when he ran for 129 yards and one touchdown on 25 carries during a 31-24 win at N.C. State.
