Reclining in his chair with his hands behind his head, Roy Williams leaned back and cut a relaxed figure after North Carolina's last game, as he considered the continued struggles of Caleb Love and R.J. Davis. "I think I’ve been the most patient I’ve ever been in my unbelievable life that I’ve had," the Hall of Fame coach said. "I’ve never been this patient."
