Here is North Carolina offensive line coach Stacy Searles on 2021 offensive tackle signee Diego Pounds. “Diego better be pounding folks — that’s why we got him," Searles said. "Here is a kid that was highly recruited, had a lot of opportunities to go other places, and he was one of the last kids who committed to us. He’s a kid I knew had tremendous upside."
