CB Patrice Rene details transfer to Rutgers from UNC

Patrice Rene already had relationships with Rutgers assistant football coach Bob Fraser, he knew the school well from his days as a high school recruit and his youth training program in Canada sent other players to the Big Ten program, so several pieces were already in place for the North Carolina transfer cornerback when it came time to pick a new school.
