Ryan Switzer Re-Signs With Cleveland Browns

The Cleveland Browns signed former North Carolina wide receiver and punt returner Ryan Switzer to a one-year deal on Friday, Field Yates of ESPN reports. Switzer signed with Cleveland's practice squad back in October, and he will remain with the team to begin the NFL offseason. He added receiver depth with the Pittsburgh Steelers from 2018-19.
