Former UNC running back Michael Carter and linebacker Chazz Surratt have been impressing NFL scouts at the 2021 Senior Bowl, according to reports from SI. The annual event held in Alabama gives pro coaches and scouts a chance to see how some of the nation’s top seniors fare against one another in workouts, practices and a game environment.
