What life was like in 1960, the last time UNC and Duke played as unranked teams
Posted Feb 4, 2021
History will be made Saturday in Durham, sort of. The last time UNC and Duke faced each other on the basketball court with neither team ranked was Feb. 27, 1960. The number one song that week was "The Theme From a Summer Place" by Percy Faith. Ben-Hur was the top movie. Gunsmoke was the top TV show. Roy Williams was nine years old.
