Dre Bly Excited for Dontae Balfour's Athleticism & Playmaking Ability

North Carolina added a 19th and final signee to its 2021 class on Wednesday afternoon in the form of 6-foot-2, 170-pound cornerback Dontae Balfour. Following his commitment and subsequent signature, UNC cornerbacks coach Dre Bly commented on Balfour's game and recruitment through a video released by Carolina's social media team.
