UNC’s Daniel McArthur Named ACC Field Performer of the Week

The ACC announced Wednesday that UNC senior Daniel McArthur was named the league’s Men’s Field Performer of the Week for his efforts at the Doc Hale VT Elite Meet on Saturday. McArthur won the shot put with a throw of 20.59 meters, good enough for the longest in school history and the third-best throw by anyone in the NCAA this season.
