Todd Pledger has heard for some time there’s plenty to like about Chapel Hill. Soon, the Mountain Island Charter football standout will find out for himself. After committing to the University of North Carolina last week, the Raptors kicking specialist made his college plans official Thursday by signing with what he’s described as the school of his dreams.
