North Carolina guard was named ACC Men's Basketball Freshman of the Week on Monday. Walton averaged 16.5 ppg last week, going 12-of-20 from the field, including 8-of-14 from 3-point range. He matched his season-high with 14 points in the win over Northeastern, then set his season high with 19 points in the triumph over Louisville. (The ACC)
