Under NC Executive Order 195, fans will be allowed to enter the Dean E. Smith Center for the first time this season when UNC hosts Florida State. It is expected that UNC will allow approximately 3,250 fans into the stadium, with 2,400 of those seats being reserved for students. The news came as a pleasant surprise for head coach Roy Williams.
