'Get what you earn': Joanne Aluka-White's journey from Georgia blacktops to coaching

Fifteen years after taking her first job as an assistant coach at Florida International, Joanne Aluka-White still loves basketball. She’s helped orchestrate the beginnings of a women’s basketball renaissance at UNC under coach Courtney Banghart, serving as the primary coach for a post unit that has anchored the Tar Heels over the past two seasons.
