Jamie Ortega broke the UNC women's lacrosse career goals scored record Sunday, leading the No. 1-ranked Tar Heels to a 17-6 win over No. 25 Vanderbilt (Highlights). Ortega scored four goals to run her career total to 199, one more than the previous record of 198 set by Abbey Friend from 2011-14. She also added three assists for seven points.
