North Carolina strength and conditioning coach Brian Hess is in the midst of his third offseason molding the UNC football team. It's a herculean task of the organization, motivation, and delegation to get a 120+ football roster ready for spring practice and the coming football season. January, February, and March is when the real work is put in.
