UNC Field Hockey's Spring Season Starts Friday

The North Carolina field hockey team will open its spring season on Friday the same way it finished the fall one: hosting Louisville at Karen Shelton Stadium at 1:00 p.m. The game will air live on ACC Network Extra. UNC finished the fall 10-1 overall, with the only loss coming at Louisville on Oct. 2. That 3-1 defeat snapped a 47-game Tar Heel winning streak. (GoHeels.com)
