Tar Heels in NBA: Bullock wins battle with Ellington; Johnson out; new team in Barnes trade rumors

In a battle of Tar Heels heading into the NBA All-Star break, Wayne Ellington outscored Reggie Bullock 17-12 but Bullock’s New York Knicks won for the fourth time in five games, 114-104 over Ellington’s Detroit Pistons. The Miami Heat reportedly has interest in Harrison Barnes. For weeks, the Boston Celtics have been mentioned as a possible suitor.
