Roy Williams Raises Concerns Regarding One-Time Transfer Proposal


Last fall, all signs pointed to the NCAA Division I Council approving a one-time transfer waiver that would enable Division I athletes in good standing to change schools for 2021-22 and be eligible to play immediately. “I think it will be the most significant piece of legislation that’s ever happened in college basketball,” said Tuesday (Video).
