King Rice named MAAC Coach of the Year for third time


Monmouth basketball coach and former UNC point guard has been named MAAC Coach of the Year for the third time in six seasons, becoming the first Monmouth coach in history to win the award three times. Rice also won the award during the 2015-16 and 2016-17 seasons, with Monmouth winning the regular-season title outright both seasons. (Asbury Park Press)
