Class of 2021 five-star shooting guard will announce his college decision on April 4, per his Twitter. The 6-foot-5, 210-pound shooting guard from Paul VI Catholic (VA) High School, is down to Kentucky, Duke, Villanova and Virginia. According to 247Sports.com, Keels is ranked as the No. 2 shooting guard and No. 16 overall recruit in 2021. (Zag's Blog)
