Sean May to sit out preseason

The Charlotte Bobcats are now down to one healthy ex-Tar Heel. Bobcats rookie Sean May, a star in North Carolina's title run, will miss most or all of the preseason after minor knee surgery Tuesday. The operation repaired torn cartilage in his right knee. (Charlotte Observer)
