Safety Myles Dorn was a long shot to make the Vikings’ roster last year. He might have a better chance this year. Dorn, an undrafted rookie, suffered a broken big toe in the final practice before final NFL roster cuts, and he spent the season on injured reserve after undergoing surgery. Prior to his injury, he might have been a practice squad candidate.
