After not getting off the bench the last three games, Justin Jackson scored 10 of his 12 points in the first half as Oklahoma City earned a 113-103 home victory over Toronto. Cole Anthony missed his 22nd straight game with a rib fracture, Wayne Ellington was out with a sore calf muscle and Coby White missed his second straight game with neck spasms. (Tar Heel Tribune)
