North Carolina Officially Announces Hubert Davis As New Head Men's Basketball Coach

To continue its storied men's basketball tradition, UNC is turning to a Tar Heel who has propelled that success on the court and from the bench. Hubert Davis, who helped lead the Tar Heels to the 1991 Final Four as a sharpshooting guard, and to two Final Fours and a national title as a UNC assistant coach, has been named UNC's new head basketball coach.
