North Carolina's decision to promote assistant coach Hubert Davis after former head coach Roy Williams retired last Thursday received a serious endorsement on Twitter from ESPN college basketball analyst Jay Bilas. The former Duke center (1982-86) and assistant (1989-92) also brought back a classic to joke about the Tar Heels-Blue Devils rivalry. (247 Sports)
