Once Jacoby Watkins stopped swaying, he could get his swagger back. His teammates in the North Carolina secondary have joined him, giving the Tar Heels a confident group of Rude Boys as they head into their season opener Saturday at Georgia Tech (3:30 p.m., ABC). (Durham Herald-Sun)
