Chaotic offseasons are a rarity for UNC basketball. The biggest stories usually involve players who decide to go to the NBA, or analyzing a recruiting class. Every now and then an unexpected transfer sneaks in. That all changed over the last month, as UNC experienced its most chaotic sequence of events since the 2000 and 2003 coaching changes.
