UNC’s Sara Daavettila Earns Fourth ACC Women’s Tennis Player of the Week Honor of 2021


UNC senior earned her fourth ACC Women’s Tennis Player of the Week honor on Tuesday, after guiding the top-ranked Tar Heels to a 7-0 victory over Wake Forest last Friday. Daavettila–the nation’s No. 2 ranked singles player–took down the Demon Deacons’ Carolyn Campana in straight sets. Campana is ranked No. 15 in the country. (Chapelboro.com)
