Carolina Economic Development Strategy Hopes to Increase Foot Traffic Downtown

The Carolina Economic Development Strategy seeks to bring UNC-affiliated businesses to downtown through new infrastructure built for office spaces. The initiative hopes to develop talent, innovation, and create vibrant places.
