According to former North Carolina wide receiver and NFL Network draft insider, Bucky Brooks, Dyami Brown is "the best deep threat in the draft. This is a guy that consistently runs past people. On go and post routes, this is your guy. When you think about stretching the defense opposite a No. 1 (receiver), someone like Brown can come in handy.”
