Anthony Parker-Boyd, a senior who led Great Valley (PA) High School to the Southern Chester County League title and the District 1 Class AAA playoffs last season, orally committed over the Labor Day weekend to play at the University of North Carolina. Parker-Boyd, a multi-talented dual threat with exceptional passing and rushing skills, becomes the second blue-chip quarterback from Chester County drawn to the Atlantic Coast Conference.
